Sunrise Yoga
Take advantage of the sun and water by practicing yoga outside on the pool deck while in the morning sun just off of Lake Calhoun. Watch the sun rise as you flow through traditional Yoga classes that incorporate a compilation of yoga styles including: Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa.
Sunrise Yoga starts Tuesday June 8th at 6:15 am
Cardio Dance
An integrated dance/movement class that empowers students and teachers to make their own movement choices by offering students a flexible structure. This class is designed to encourage participants to put their own energy level, ability and style into the moves in a non-intimidating and fun environment. All movements can be personally modify and preformed at different levels of intensity to suit each individual’s needs.
Class is offered on Monday and Wednesday at 11:05am
