Calhoun Beach Club Personal Trainers
Our Personal Training program has been developed to deliver a variety of Personal Training services. Our Trainers are nationally certified and/or hold a degree in exercise science or another health related area. All have extensive experience and education. We demand that our Personal Trainers continue to enhance their education in order to offer specialized exercise programs to help you reach your fitness goals.

Getting Started On A New You
Biographies of most of our Personal Training staff are posted so you can choose a Trainer who fits your needs. We’re confident that we have the Trainer who is right for you. TRX Suspension Training:
The TRX Total Body Resistance Suspension Training unit is a portable, nylon webbing system with industrial strength handles, foot cradles and anchoring attachments. On the TRX unit you use your own body weight against gravity to increase strength, stability & endurance. Another great bonus with this style training is that since it is suspended, rather than fixed like traditional weight training equipment, it requires a great deal of core work to stabilize your movements against the forces of gravity.
