To get started, you must have the following information handy: |

Membership Number - This is located on your membership card. Please
disregard the last number on your card. For example, if your card has 1234560, the
membership number you need to enter is 123456. |

|
|
Home Phone Number - This is the most current phone number you have in our database.
If you have recently changed phone numbers, please try your previously used number.
If you do not remember the phone number that is in our database, please contact our
Member Services Manager at 612.925.8309.

pressing the "submit" button below.* If you do not receive an email within 1 hour, please contact the
Member Services Manager at 612.925.8309 as your email address may reject unknown senders or there may be
a spelling error.

Upon successful submission, you will receive an email to the address provided, giving
you a "secret pin" to input with your membership number to view your online statement
