Aquatics
Our indoor pool is open year round for recreational and lap swimming. The elegant tiled room features floor to ceiling windows that allow natural light and the change of seasons to serve as backdrop. A co-ed whirlpool provides a relaxing destination post workout or following a long day in the office.

From May to September, enjoy our outdoor pool and sun tan deck. This spacious area overlooks Lake Calhoun and features a full bar and pool menu. Children are welcome in our pool almost everyday. Adult-Only (no children allowed) Days are also held throughout the summer.

Children's Programs
With its wide assortment of activities, classes and family events throughout the year, Calhoun Beach Club has resources for family fun like you'll find at no other facility of its kind!

Club Run
Calhoun Beach Running Club meets on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00PM and Saturday at 8:00 AM.

The K-Club is a group of runners who meet on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturday at 8:00 AM. The K-Club is designed for those that want to run lower mileage and run at a slower pace. You must be able to complete 3 miles to join this group.

Both members and non-members are welcome to try the running club. The running club is coached by Kevin Haas, Luke Carlson, Paul Donnelly, Barry
Schwartze and Todd Melander.

Dance
Dancing at Calhoun Beach Club

Fitness / Wellness Programs
Inquire about the wide range of fitness services Calhoun Beach Club offers. Resting Metabolic Rate testing, physical assessments, weight loss consultation, sport specific conditioning, one-on-one Personal Training, private Pilates sessions and a full Group Exercise schedule with over 55 classes offered.

CBC offers complimentary usage canoes and bikes for the summer months. Available Memorial Day-Labor Day. This is an excellent way to get excercise and enjoy the beautiful surrondings of the Minneapolis Lakes.

Personal Training
One-on-one exercise sessions provided by Certified, Professional Personal Trainers benefit both the individual who has never exercised, as well as the professional athlete. Our trainers are trained in specific areas including weight loss, sports performance, endurance, body toning, body building and pre- and post natal. Pilates
